I wish Willie Jackson would stop talking shit saying 60-70 percent of Maori don’t want to know about our marae. I would like to know where he got his evidence from, is it anecdotal? He, Willie has a tendency to spout of and talk a load of crap sometimes. And saying Maori are not a homogenous group feeds into Pakeha separatism bullshit( divide and conquer). And while all Maori don’t agree on everything and never will the majority did in the Waiariki electorate as they voted Labour out and we will vote them out again if they don’t deliver before the next election. Whether we are homogenous or not the majority of us we stick together when it comes to many crunch issues.
