  1. A “flatmate wanted” ad on Trademe for CBD. Three bedroom apartment, the rooms are TRIPLE SHARING. You get one single bed in a room with two other people, for $150 a week. X3 X3 = $1350. Assuming that all three bedrooms use the “triple share” system, someone is making $1350 a week out of a three bedroom apartment.
    Unless it’s palatial, that seems quite steep to me.
