TL;DR, Congress is trying to pass a bill that would allow US courts to hold Saudi Arabia’s government responsible for 9/11. The House of Saud has responded by saying it will liquidate its entire US treasury holding to fuck over the US economy in retaliation if the bill passes. Words fail me lol.
