    With rents going to rise to encompass a new Accommodation Supplement, the only way to attack sky-high rent-rates is an accelerating supply.

    How much should rentals across the affordable spectrum figure in Kiwi-build.

    And if the plan is for Kiwi-build to be self-sustaining, how much building should, initially at least, be aimed just as much at the top of the market to pay for subsidized or at least cheaper rentals?
