Our committee know all about Wayne Eagleson, as he was the guy who finally coughed up with the evidence that Johnny Key did recieve all 105 emails fromour committe from 2019 to 2014 because Key never once responded back to us in the runnup to the 2014 election we slapped a Official Information Act request on Key’s office in July 2014 ahead of the election to confirm that we had sent 105 emails to Key and he finally emailed us confirming that his office had recieved all those emails but Johnny Key had never replied.
Eagleson never offered any appology for this so in effect conveyed that he never ‘cared to treat our community with any respect’.
So perhaps Bill English thought Eagleson was very effective at getting any monkeys off his back as he had been to his boss Johnnny key before him???
