  1. Spark are closing down their 0900 service in June I am told. This is outrageous. We are being forced into the internet and its hegemony until we are helpless without it – virtually disenfranchised on earth. Certainly 0900 is an excellent service. All of us are being forced to have whatever devices ‘they’ are going to be insisting on at our own expense or perhaps with inbuilt systems we do not want to participate in.

    Can we put some pressure on Spark? If we still had our own phone system it would be more likely to have never been considered to drop 0900.

  2. Freedom that’s what we all want don’t we; that’s all I care about as long as it’s mine – others aren’t entitled to their freedom if it conflicts with my plans and wishes.
