Some prime real estate under here. The empty spaces could be used for government offices in a Canberra-type move away from the beltway. Palmy could do with a boost I’m told. It’s on the rail so not just dependent on the Remutaka Hill. Anyway low-flying drones could zip along tractor beams? FGS Oz is supposed to be going for underwater drones. These pollies can’t be blamed for going on like Boys Own or Famous Five adventure story characters.
