Professor Greg Newbold has come out and said the courts/justice system is to blame for being too soft on crims not our government. Speaking from mine and my families personal experience of being victims he is right. Also the law is suppose to follow precedence but this does not always happen the police prosecutor and police can do a sloppy job of your case. And then we have these old fart judges mostly Pakeha who are racist and bias I have seen it first hand. If your rich and white your life is worth more than brown peoples I can give examples but I am not gonna bother.
