Government is so precise and demanding about some things. Even if you raise a stink about abuse of the vulnerable whether children or adult prisoners, they hold a Royal Commission? about it.
Now the smell from recycling would not be satisfactory when it is ongoing. But surely gummint must find a way to enable this plant to keep going. They have offered to make changes and improve things. Perhaps a committee of the complainants could be part of the planning process for new measures and can monitor them and reduce the problem? Surely?
