700 imported teachers is like importing cheap goods from the likes of China they fall apart, don’t last long , cant be fixed there no parts and end up in our tips not good no no no we desperately need to look after the ones we already have here. We need to invest in them and encourage more NZers and utilize our ageing experienced ones to stay longer or come back and mentor.
