WHERE does the SWIFT cabinet now reside?
In days gone by, it used to reside at a clearing and settlement outfit called Databank – during the 80s at 57VV (57 Vivian Street). Now those functions are all over the bloody place (in the interests of fishinsy and fektivniss)
Hopefully is now at least at the Resbank, or Treasury, but better still, it’d sit somewhere in the Parliamentary compound – even in a Munster’s Orifice so that any chance of capital flight can be pulled at a moment’s notice.
