This election Democrats have decided painting Kavanaugh as a pack raping angry drunk is the trick and calling anyone who thinks due process and the presumption of innocence matters as rape enablers is the magical strategy towards winning.
In the post MeToo landscape where accusation is the evidence and due process simply a means of privilege to protect itself, the Kavanaugh case has exposed a division that seems impossible to bridge. One side demands the accuser be believed and any attempt to critique or question the accusation is as much a crime as the abuse itself while the other side demands due process while denying due process.
Israel and Saudi Arabia are itching for military conflict with Iran and Trump simply doesn’t have the intellect or foresight to see the danger he’s putting himself in by starting the drum beat for war.
