1. Agent Jiang is extremely pleased with the progress of the Northcote colony. His bonus from dictator for life, Xi, is likely to be substantial.

2. Indeed,… when it was discovered that a political party on the North Shore of Auckland was being financed from mainland China several years back , it was decided from the powers that be that a new approach was needed after the inevitable furore erupted…

   And so they looked for a vector, and found it in the National party.
