Whoever puts up these caption images really needs to understand that the images that work best are those that do not have a caption or comments all over the image itself. A wordless picture or photograph gets many more contributions than those that are already captioned.

I could be wrong but I don’t think it’s anyone famous (although imo it does look like Jeremy Corbyn). Most likely it’s just a random image that is used for hundreds of memes.
