1. Jo and Jill went up the hill
   To fetch a pail of water.
   Jo fell down and broke his crown
   And Jill came tumbling after.

2. Thing is, the last few New Zealand leaders have done much much better for themselves than the folk they left behind.

3. All made up and nowhere to go! Ever.

4. Sadly however United States never did return for the following season.
