3. We have also become a rubbish dump for many dirty lazy NZers who regularly dump and throw their rubbish out of their cars and dump it along roadways, rivers, parks and streams.
   National did the same by cutting the remedial reading courses (to improve children’s reading) and funding now they are doing the same with smoking as they are desperate to deliver the tax cuts at all costs.
