  1. The cartoon shows the annual ceremony of presenting chins by two sides of the polity. Of course the ceremony relates to the nursery rhyme,…’Three Little Pigs”.
The story begins with the title characters being sent out into the world by their mother, to “seek out their fortune”. The first little pig builds a house out of straw, but the wolf blows it down and devours him. The second little pig builds a house out of sticks, but the result is the same. . Each exchange between wolf and pig features ringing proverbial phrases, namely:… | “Little pig, little pig, let me come in.”..”No, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin.”..”Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.”
(Waitangi Day is an attempt to change the traditional end.)… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Three_Little_Pigs
