   No wood for houses? Really? But NZ is covered in forests??

   Like so much of NZ most of the forestry is owned by foreigners or a select few very rich NZ’s, who couldn’t care less about our housing situation. But no worries about scarcity and driving up wood prices for kiwis, with it all going to China, so long as the GDP looks good!
