It takes a Superman to both save the train and the kid. The rails might have been buckled but with some controlled engineering we will still chug along, hopefully to the Hillside Railway Workshops down in Dunedin.
The unknowing kid will never realise the effort, only the afficianados will know and will revere Superman and not let him down.
