The obvious controversy to this is it’s push button kill chain technology utilizing big data scaping acquired from existing mass surveilance entrenched in every day internet use you already use which profiles “mostly kinda accurate”. Targets selected, assuming they are correct, also have an acceptable collateral damage limit set around them, whether that be families, kids or people who have nothing to do with the target but deemed as an acceptable loss. There is a human element for finalisation of the kill. Its a highly industrialised, cold and disconnected way to conduct today’s modern warfare.
Systems like these gives an extra layer of obfuscation for accountability such as the case of school children deaths, as there many components involved, especially when set and forget run autonomously. You could quite easily shift the blame more to the machine. Deaths could be attributed to a combination of computer glitches, bad data, the hardware, sunspots, starlink, bad gps, the third party service provider, cloud companies, programming error, the finger pointing goes on and on in circles.
A lot of these sociopathic tech oligarchs like Thiel have multimillion dollar nuclear bunkers in Queenstown as an exit plan in case of a civilisational collapse while ironically facilitating wars and profiting obscenely off of it.
