Drug cartels from the Americas, gangs from New Zealand and Australia, as well as Asian criminal networks are all increasing their involvement in the Pacific, according to the ministerial group.

As TDB warned you,  the NZ gang scene has had an unprecedented event with the forced return of 501s from Australia.

Now, the local MP in NZ likes you to piss your pants with fear over our domestic gangs, the truth of course is that Australia has a far more criminally sophisticated and far more violent culture, because the Australian underworld works with South American Cartels and they are the alpha  in uber violent counter-intelligence.

These 501s were forced to return to NZ with barely any social skills and family links here and many immediately turned to implementing crime tactics far more violent than the local domestic gangs.

The local domestic gangs were bringing in Pseudoephedrine from Triad contacts via the Ports or Airports (Headhunters held the Port, King Cobras held the Airport) and they would take the Pseudoephedrine to cooks and the bikies would move the finished product around.

This changed when the domestic gangs could get finished meth and started moving that around instead of doing the cooking (although in Northland, ACTs move to allow Pseudoephedrine to be sold again domestically has become the source for a new wave of meth cooking because smaller gangs with no import capacity can cook it – thanks ACT).

With the 501s, they could source the finished product that was cheaper and purer than what the domestic gangs and they sued stand over tactics to intimidate local gangs. With the finished Meth product from the South American Cartels, the 501s also started importing guns to protect and enforce their meth distribution, that’s why we saw a spike in crime muders as the 501s took over supply chains.

What has really taken the whole thing to a new level is the use of Chinese shadow banking that allows for the 501s to pay Cartels directly for meth shipments. This creation of a banking infrastructure (that then takes the American dollars and resells the in the Chinese domestic market) has allowed the Cartels and 501 syndicates to expand meth imports beyond anyone capacity to shut down.

No one is listening and the meth trade gets worse.

Of course there are solutions we can use, but we aren’t even accepting the current reasons why the meth trade has exploded in the first place!

NZers honestly seem to believe that now we have banned gang patches the crime war is over.

If we were serious about cracking down on Meth, we would hire a 100 new Mandarin speaking detectives to hunt down the Chinese shadow banking infrastructure, instead we ban gang patches.

The next move by the crime syndicates will be to bribe Customs agents, Police and Judges.
