  1. Frank
    great summary thanks
dont forget the shameful, run down of working for families.
national realise they have to patch up their cuts now and are trying to look like this makes them a caring government

    1. Thanks, Susan!

      Working for Families?

It’s on my Must Do list, to go over what National has done to run down WFF – despite promising hand-on-heart not to touch it…

There’s a lot on my list. That’s nine years of National for you.

  2. I wonder if Joyce is regretting opening his mouth and trying to smear Labour with his blatant porky-telling? Labour should use this opportunity to remind voters how much debt the Nats have racked up over the last nine years!

  3. Fucking drive by doctoring. Sorry not sorry. Freaking doctors Union should have come out ages ago for a stop work meeting and shut the joint down. Of course.

  4. Awesome compilation there Frank of the evidence of national’s ‘sinking lid’ economic austerity plan, that the master propagandist SS Joyce has suddenly disguised as ‘magic’.

Nothing National says or does is real, rather it is a false mirage.

We hope that the electorate sees this for real now you have condensed it so graphically.

  5. Re surgery , if you have the redys you should ask your doctor to refer you to Mercy Hospital and pay.
We should have a modern health service for everyone that meets their needs, paid for out of taxation. But we don’t. In Ak at least there seems to be a genuine parallel private service. In the public system you can ‘jump the queue” by offering to pay, but many chose not to because they don’t feel justified in pushing in just because they happen to be able to pay. Just remember that your local doctor probably knows your financial situation, and if you can actually afford to pay you might be being left to figure out that you’d better, while people who can’t pay are being treated.
At a political level there should not be a an opening for a prosperous efficient alternative health service, but at the personal level there is such a service and putting your life on the line in protest is a foolish option.
This is the reasoning behind the funding of our health service at the moment, obviously .

  6. What is astonishing is that the electoral commission is sitting back while all this criminal Steven Joyce corruption & coercion using public funding is going on to derail our electoral process.

Opposition parties must now place a case in court to hear this legal compromise of our electoral system by Joyce.

  7. “OPPOSITION PLEASE PLACE AN INJUCTION”.

  8. He definitely looks jaded and the MSM are starving NZF of oxygen they have just about been irrelevant this General Election. They might struggle to get over the 5% threshold ?

  9. “This is why Judith Collins doubled-down and stubbornly refused to implement the Electoral Commission’s recommendations in 2013 to eliminate the coat-tailing provision.”

Has anyone asked Labour or the Greens if a government they formed would implement the Electoral Commission’s recommendations, or at the very least put the matter to a referendum in the next election?
