  1. The speed with which this white fella jumped ship seems to imlpy there might be worse to come so he has jumped to deflect from the under lying point that another religious gang has tried to take over Maori as is Luxons gangs big plan .COC ARE SCARED SHITLESS THAT mAORI WILL SOON HAVE ENOUGH BRAINS TO VOTE STRATEGICLY AT THE NEXT ELECTION AND VOTE THE RED NECKS AND RIVER OF FILTH OUT THE BACK DOOR .National have lready signed their death sentence the day they elected the skin head gang leader to be the leader of a rabble of incompetents .

  2. Hosking tried and failed to smear Tamahere, Luxon has fallen into the same trap. The fact that he did this at the behest of the most fraudulent, thieving and corrupt group in the way of the Destiny gang( I say gang because they are thugs and no church) truly shows a very weak PM.
Now he should look onto the tax rort that is Destiny.

      1. I would like to make a bet that he will make a move in the next budget. He knows it would be well received by most.

  3. My understanding was the brief of this inquiry did not include investigations in to Tamihere. This will be covered by the Police inquiry still under way.

    1. You are right about what was the aim of the enquiry. The fact the information was mot secure will be used in the enquiry about if it was used to aid any party .
There is more to this sorry affair and it shows how Labour allowed it to happen because they did not see the threat from the TPM

    2. Can you enlighten us more in your understanding on the brief please, you may know more than Martyn on this. And in what capacity are the police investigating Tamahere, as part of TPM or his trust?
Keeping in mind Hosking cost his company 1000s for false allegations.

      1. I do not listen to Hosking but I do listen to National and read a paper so my information comes from them.
It would seem I’m right ,Ada and Andrew all get information from the same sources. Even your Labour leader is saying there is a bad smell coming from this investigation. They have skin in the game as the lost a good candidate.

        1. “I listen to National”. Well knock me down with a feather. You’re like Nathan and his unwavering support for the IDF.

    3. The inquiry was instigated by TPM, they asked the police to investigate, they have nothing to hide unlike the whistleblower who was a redneck.

  4. The report this week only covers the behaviour of Stats NZ. This took the scalp of the head of that organization.
In additional there are two ongoing *Police* investigations into the Waipareira Trust, Tamahere and the funding of TMP. If the cops are involved, you know it’s criminality they’re looking at.

  5. If there is nothing to see here then the chief statistician is quitting for no reason. There must be more to this story, probably misuse of personal data, privacy breach or unauthorized disclosure. I had a WINZ meeting the other day and some angry institutionalized old battleaxe School C failure told me that government agencies do not share information with each other (she was insisting MSD doesn’t share information with the Ministry of Education. They do). Those who willingly choose to mislead and disregard information rules don’t belong in the space.

    1. No the reason the chief statistician has resigned was because client information was leaked under his watch. Unlike Michelle Boag he has integrity.

  6. This points to being deliberately singled out, a witch hunt of a targeted group because it assists a besmirching campaign against Māori.

Most people don’t know what happens to their own personal information or its security when engaging with an agency be it their health provider or an NGO and or Charities agent when it receives partial Government funding.

In the Social care sector for example, if government funding has been given , such as counselling, be it MSD or ACC etc, a lengthy, arduous, wide ranging across all information and policy sectors is microscopically scrutinised in a compulsory audit.

What people/ client don’t know is that even their personal data and engagement records have to be ‘ mined ‘ by an independent paid commercial Auditor for and on behalf of the Government department.
Usually, the Auditor, requests access to ” X ” number of personal files of clients to track and trace that client/s engagement notes and expenditure to the inth degree.

These Auditors, lay people, then have access to the most sensitive of data !!!!!

Now where’s the hypocrisy of the CoC ?

  7. There has been numerous unsuccessful attempts to discredit JT.
Chippy seems to want to throw TPM under the bus.
News says police are still investigating.
Hope you all have plenty of popcorn.

    1. The left would likely need TPM to take power but this episode will be a hard hill to climb into bed together

  8. Tamihere is too smart to be doing this. He could be in for another windfall from our courts if another right wing dummy over steps the mark. More putea for TPMs next election campaign he’s probably rubbing his hands now.
