  1. So a small business sells an item that’s not of merchantable quality and they refund the full price under consumer law and most of those businesses have no problem giving their customers a Fair Go.

    A big bank can charge a spurious fee, an incorrect fee, a mistaken fee, a false fee, a computer glitch fee, apply an incorrect interest rate, give your money to a scammer and then decide not to pay it back. Cool!

    Does that mean the bank is more powerful than the government?

  2. Do any of the parties on the left have the balls or the vote-winning nous to stop banks from charging 3% on every pay wave transaction?
