  1. Simon Shepherd’s interview was beyond appalling. He has to be the WORST interviewer in this country.
He constantly interrupts people, has done limited research, is forever looking for a gotcha moment so a clip leads that night’s 6pm news and he is openingly showing his labour colours with inappropriate pro labour comments.
No wonder it rates so badly. I plead with NZ ON AIR to scrap the funding for Newshub Nation and instead give it to the Daily Blog’s Working Group to broadcast weekly on Freeview.

  2. Yes ,China is a real threat…to the U.S.A’s uni polar world.
As for NZ,they can just buy…it.

  3. Love to see Willie Jackson head to head with David Seymour….Jackson’s up for it!

    1. He’d get eaten alive because talk isn’t enough when you don’t have truth on your side.

  4. Fruit and vege prices fluctuate daily. Would be so easy to put the price up 15% without the consumer noticing. “Oh yeah not many lemons around this time of year eh”

  5. Willy acts like an old radio talk back host. It’s easy to look good when no one asks u any hard Questions.

Seymour absolutely blitzed the other guy on newshub

Should be Hipkins vrs Seymour in the election debates. Hipkins would hate to face Seymour or Winston or Nicola.

    1. Disagree. Hipkins fronts all right wing media and has always had their equal. Hipkins will dismiss anything Seymour has to offer especially social policy.

  6. I bet you guys on here would have lapped up David Seymour’s rhetoric. He will lead you to the promise land of low tax, low wages, no government services, toll roads, bans on trade unions, no sick leave, no public holidays, privately and church owned schools, rampant pollution, high unemploymen and US style health care. Also the streets will be teeming with homeless when state houses are flogged off and benefits cut.

    1. Surely you can add Death, Famine, War, and Conquest to that hyperbolic fantasy

    2. You do talk a load of hysterical Bollocks Millsy but it makes me smile so keep pounding the drum .

  7. David Seymour is the biggest threat to social cohesion and living standards in the country for decades, he is champing at the bit to take the axe to wages, public services, pensions and benefits and plunge New Zealanders into a level of hardship never seen before in recent history.

    1. Agree Millsy.
The ugly protest in Parliament will resume, but with some different and angry participants. Sadly, I think, in that respect, ‘you ain’t seen nothing yet’!
Seymour is a very divisive character; cold, calculating who will always champion the rich over the have-nots and the latter – vastly in the majority – will only stand for so much before things turn very ugly.
Anyone who is thinking of voting ACT, be very, very careful of what you wish from them! They will only ever govern for a small, ultra-wealthy minority.
Is that really what you want for our country?

  8. Millsy it’s up to the interviewer to ask all those questions u mention. There is no one on TV capable of that.

I think u will find Seymour’s bark is worse than his bite, and with National as a hand brake, most of that stuff u mention won’t happen.

  9. I will eat my hat if ACT don’t get 20% of the vote.
Thanks to Labours lack of delivery, their failure to monopolize on their parliamentary majority and their complete shit fuckery and pathetic caving to gender ideology and wokeness.
Oh and thanks to National for being completely uninspiring and incompetent.

    1. Where and when precisely can we expect you to chew on your hat, Jack?
I’d tip TV news to cover it so the nation can bear witness. You’ve only got 68 days to get masticationally-fit.
Can you do it? Nah, you won’t have to – Seymour’s team won’t even crack 15%.

  10. Muldoon, island puppet glove, ATTEMPT .glove puppet, scrum, what line back forward scrum, puppet glove how you.

  11. eH! muldoon, never needed a island of obtuse ignorance, of humanities governance and care.

  12. The seashore, Punch and Judy, act, what, a see side show, shall see the puppet gloves hubris, not only be shocked by the election outcome, but also by the Puppet Masters re-action.
