2. You know a government is on it’s way out when cartoon humour becomes so terribly bleak. I seem to recall the same happening in the dying years of the Shipley government.

4. “Trust Me” … I will give you such a damn good rogering this budget, you won’t be able to sit down until the next election!

5. Budget time should be a time of celebration when every one comes together with the understanding that paying taxes improves every ones lives.
