How Stuart Nash wins National the 2020 election Part 2
Last week I detailed how the Nashy loses Labour the 2020 election, this week I wanted to flesh this out a bit more.
My argument is that the sudden forced importation of huge swathes of hardened Australian crims into the NZ criminal scene is a unique event and that they bring with them a level of violence unseen before in the NZ criminal underworld.
These new Australian connected gangs don’t use Chinese organised crime syndicates for their meth, they have Mexican cartel links who are ultra violent and produce a higher grade meth for a far cheaper price and that the explosion of organised hits and assassinations that have plagued the NZ criminal fraternity for the last 18 months is being driven by these new Australian imports while Pacific Island connections are increasingly becoming the driver of the new hunger for meth.
Speaking to sources, the HeadHunters are defending their HQ with steal plating after an attack on them last month.
The Nashy is being fed garbage by the Police hierarchy that there’s any problems while frontline police tell me they are dangerously under resourced and ill prepared for this type of organised crime.
It gets worse.
Sources tell me that the sudden panic that has engulfed the police intelligence unit over their abject failure to know anything about the white supremacist terror attack has seen almost all resources put to gathering intelligence about the far right community in NZ to ascertain the risk of another atrocity. This means not enough attention is being put on the Australian imports.
The Police are turning up on the doorsteps of right wing cranks, right wing dickheads who have said something stupid of social media and in one case a young bloke who has an iron cross tattoo. The problem here is that this type of nuanced evaluation of far right extremism is something the SIS should be tasked with chasing, the Police Intelligence Unit should be focused on the threat from the Australian imported organised crime because if the Gang war explodes onto the streets with the level of ultra violence these syndicates are capable of, your average NZ punter is going to freak the hell out and Simon Bridges could capitalise on this fear in a way that wins National the 2020 election.
The Nashy urgently needs to be grilling Police top brass that they actually have the Australian gang threat clearly defined and in hand before it erupts because frontline cops and domestic organised crime bosses are saying the top brass are telling Nashy what he wants to hear.
Nash has proven a weak minister who literally ceded rule making to the cops, something no sane democracy does.
Cops should enforce the rules, never make them, for reasons that should be pretty obvious to anyone with a brain.
Now the police, not being the sharpest knives in the drawer in the first place , and with no clear ministerial oversight, are running around with guns chasing anyone with a close haircut, leaving no one home to close the door on the police station gun safe, let alone catch any bad guys.
They have never been in control of the gang problems or the meth trade and have even less chance of getting the Australian gang problem under control when they expend resources raiding gun owners houses in force only to charge none of them with any crime, but do nothing about the gangs who flat out said they wouldn’t hand guns back.
I might add a certain blogger was happy for the cops to waste everyone’s time raiding gun owners who mouthed off out of frustration, cos they are the real problem eh Martyn.

…far better the police put their resources into and concentrate on the urgent gang and drug problem
This Penal Transportation from Australia has to stop. If the government takes action on this its a real vote winner.
If the Australian government can simply characterise a person as not of good character and have them Transported, then it doesn’t seem much of stretch for the NZ government to play the same game and to simply revoke the NZ citizenship of those Australian Criminals as they are no longer of good character. Pass a law that any NZ citizen who is sentenced to jail time in Oz or joins an Australian gang automatically has their NZ Citizenship revoked. Then the Australians would have to Tranport them to their Nauru penal colony rather than their New Zealand penal colony or just own their own criminals.
