    This brake through in nano technology is a major step forward for China and its rural healthcare initiatives. Often news of Chinese technological advances is filtered through western propaganda industries. It would be difficult to spin this as a threat to western hegemony but I think they would anyway.

  2. The MSM news we get (including BBC) is more cheap entertainment than news. It seems to be designed to divert interest from the events that matter rather than to inform.

  3. Spot on Ross, I feel an implosion of the old media coming on with none of the current mainstream organizations understanding that they are going the way of dinosaurs. I dip around the independent journalists around the web and select who I trust. Leaves me no time for Washington Post,. NYT, BBC etc.
