A recent headline in Christchurch’s Press said: “Hezbollah Luring Israel into the Killing Zone”.
How ludicrous.
Israel has been Invading and Occupying (with U.S. involvement) Lebanon since 1982.
Hezbollah emerged during the Civil War of 1982-83.
Since then there’ve been a series of wars, one being the War Of The Camps 1985-88. And the excruciating inhuman events of Sabre and Chatila.
During 1990 Hezbollah fought against Israel’s Occupation of Southern Lebanon.
Israel has again, now, launched its most deadly attacks since their 2006 Invasion.
They are targetting the most heavily populated areas, bombing Medical Centres and Ambulances, as in Gaza.
One Israeli senior Government Official has threatened a “war of annihilation”.
The experiences now of the Lebanese people are excruciating.
The U.S. and U..K. and other European Israeli sympathizers need to apply their oft-quoted “Standards for an International Rules Based Order”.
Apart from hypocrisy surely they don’t believe their own propaganda?
Surely there is a deep sense of shared humanity among them?
Israel has placed itself above International Law.
The current Invasion of Lebanon is illegal as is their illegal brutality towards Prisoners and all Palestine people of Gaza and the West Bank.

I keep wondering why United States taxpayers are prepared to keep paying for Israel’s war effort when it is so obvious that it has gone well beyond self-defence.
Imagine you are an American citizen of Palestinian descent. You work and pay tax, of which a proportion is used to kill your relatives.
