  1. Since much of the NZ public service is afflicted by a hive mind of unconscious narcacistic personality disorder, and the policing justice system is no exception, you cannot expect anything else. The first priority is to cover there own backsides, and then the backside of the govt, and then anyone else being state funded, and then serving the public is a distant fourth. It explains the plethora of public service lawyers, media advisors, PR and communications consultants, and various other spin doctors, who can sound credible arguing that black is white and one and one make three, while the truth, and decency, and the right thing to do, cannot be seen while they have their heads in the sand. Crown law still sticking to its view on the Peter Ellis case come hell or high water is a prime example, when the okham razers explanation of what occurred, was that the police believed a conspiracy theory, that had no actual basis. Should all those public servants involved in putting and keeping Allan Hall in gaol, be now chipping in to pay his compensation? The need for an orgsnisation like Social Justice Aotearoa, shows that there isn’t true othersight of the public service, and the oversight that does exist is like orwells doublethink, apparently monitoring but actually just covering for them. Even the new Aged Care Commissioner, has been carefully set up, so as to not cause any problems for the public aged care sector. Because it’s not independent, but is actually part of the Health and Disability Commission, aka the HDC, which is an organisition that could be generously described as virtually useless in terms of what it puportedly does, when it actually make sure that a lot of very concerning medical incidents NEVER get properly investigated (https://hdcfraud.com). Go figure.
