  2. The only word I can use to describe those contracted quotas is CRIMINAL. criminal because they were accepted by state authorities. Criminal because the medua have not picked up on it. And criminal because people are ignorant to what is taking place. This is like something out of a dystopian science fiction movie.

    yep, great guy, very, um, ‘manly’ world view.. And if you think about it, just as messed up as SERCO, maybe Destiny and SERCO could swap handy hints on ‘minimizing’ tax obligations? …so maybe you’re right, they should get a contract to work in prisons, a match made in ‘heaven’.
