Bryan Bruce is one of NZs most respected documentary makers and public intellectuals who has tirelessly exposed NZs neoliberal economic settings as the main cause for social issues.
Efeso talks about how the PI community is very respectful and follows Labour and this got me thinking about whether Efeso himself has the mana to bring that vote in behind him – and then use it to bring the Labour Party back to it’s roots Corbyn-style
It cheered me to see and hear Efeso Collins, he is such a patently good and humble man, and quite rarely for a politician, knows and is concerned about the plight of his constituents.
Parliament could only be elevated – tho’ that’s not saying much – with more politicians like Mr Collins, but it may be a big ask letting the hyenas loose on him – dreadful people who enjoy being dreadful and silly and Efeso Collins (and the rest of us) deserve better.
