Just a note to say thank you to the readers of my page who collectively contributed $1520 yesterday to the campaign to fight the massive Chinese water bottling plant proposed for Otakiri in the Bay Of Plenty.
The Wai campaign organisers want you to know they greatly appreciate your help howver they are still $39,000 short of the amount they need to take their case to the Environment Court

Bryan Bruce is one of NZs most respected documentary makers and public intellectuals who has tirelessly exposed NZs neoliberal economic settings as the main cause for social issues.
I do not believe our Central & Local Government’s could be that stupid to allow the sale of water rights to Offshore Corporates for the cost of a Resource Consent ?
There has to be some corruption here or just outright stupidity ?
