  2. An interesting view of the ‘ Mother’ country. Jacinda is good on the world stage. Not so much at home. How can the government succeed given the fundamentals haven’t changed. Tone, and empathy only goes so far. Who will be NZ’s

  3. People have good reason to be distrustful. Decade after decade of political parties who promise change but deliver instead round after round of the same grinding neo liberalism. At their expense and not to their benefit. The latest example of rampant neo liberalism the CP-TPP . Now I see the powers that be are considering the RCEP too. Say what you will about Trump but he said “no” to the former and that’s something this govt could have done but chose not to.

    In an environment like this distrust is I believe healthy, its sane, predicable and entirely reasonable.

  4. Capitalism works on a zero sum game. Someone making money is money you cant make. Thems the rules and all billionaires know it as does the mafia. All the rest about trust follows from this.
