  1. John’s support must be growing…hence the worry from the big business camp! Go John – win it for Christchurch!

  2. I really appreciate John standing here (and will be voting for him) along with the work of his team as described above.

  3. Bloody wrong of Ms Dalziel!!!

Don’t these ex labourites respect democracy any more???

Go hard john wer’e with you there.

  4. “John is a high school teacher and can’t accept daytime engagements during term time.” Did he not think of this when he stood for mayor and make alternative arrangements. A lack of forwarding and or tenacity is evident here, it scares me that someone who exhibits this behavior actually wants to be mayor.

    1. Thanks to Grey Power for doing the right and honorable thing.

Dave – It seems par for the course that biased and wrong assumptions and stupid ideas keep coming from your keyboard. Geez – don’t you get tired of all the B.S. that you somehow think that others agree with you on ?

That Dalziel is squirming is a very good sign. Lets get rid of the greedy criminal lot and she’s heavily entrenched in the Ole Boys Network of greed and corporate criminals we are very tired of.
Christchurch deserves much MUCH better. GO JOHN MINTO ! !

  5. @dave – some of us actually have to work for a living. John is probably no different. Glad he is teaching the next generation, so maybe they will ask a few more questions of those in Power!

    1. Kim, a total lack of foresight is displayed here. If you are serious about running for mayor you must expect to go to some daytime meetings. You would plan for that. This demonstrates either no foresight, stupidity or the lack of desire to be the mayor. Blaming someone else on this occasion does not wash.

      1. Oh yee of so little faith. If John becomes mayor, many of us know that he will do what is necessary to carry out the job properly and ethically and put — People before Profits.
You are just disappointed that John’s support and popularity are growing and rightfully so. He is a far better and more ethical man than you seem to comprehend.
