This has got to have been the most ludicrous Santa Parade season we’ve ever seen.

I know, I know, these are only Māori men raping each other and news media don’t give no fucks until white middle class women with tertiary education are being harassed at Russell McVeagh, but surely no NZer can pretend to be proud of the hate pus pit our State sanctioned double bunked rape pens have become?

…the horror take away is that despite all the madness inside National, New Zealanders still adore the National Party!

Despite China buying 2 MPs, despite the allegations of corruption, despite the internal meltdown, Kiwis desperately worship at the feet of the banal and the malicious in the hope their speculative property portfolios can soar  in 2020.

Climate change and its impacts are far more dangerous than currently acknowledged and only a radical populist response can unseat the vested corporate interests that create the current political and economic inertia. As more and more climate events occur at faster and faster rates, voters will turn on the current hegemony, the question is who will harvest that anger and fear, the Left or the Right? 

At the point of this mounting friction and questioning of our independence, the NZ intelligence agencies have made a solid step towards ensuring only America and their NZ franchise holders get to do mass surveillance in the Land of the Wrong White Cloud.

This is a first shot in friction points between NZ & China, this is a clear push back by NZ in terms of cyber sovereignty. Sure that push back is hypocrisy of the highest because we handed that level of control over to the NSA  without blinking, but push back it is.

The incredibly toothless Union laws that were always tepid and mild, have been defeated from being anything radical or even useful…

How utterly immoral, to push social policy that is pointlessly counterproductive just so he can scratch his social conservative itch with the voters.
