We accept Green voters think they are better than everyone else, but to just rule out working with anyone to change the Government shows their precious values up for what they actually are, selfishness wrapped in middle class snobbery.

Thinking more about the Greens new strategy of declaring war on NZ First, and it seems more and more like a terrible strategic blunder.
You could put Toni Street in front of the desk, alongside the desk or even under the bloody desk and I still wouldn’t watch Seven Sharp!
The interesting point is that NZ First and Greens are now on par with each other but the most fascinating insight from the poll is how huge the undecideds are – 19% – that’s almost 1 in 5 NZers who have no idea who they are going to vote for and that means the whole election is teetering on winning over those who are still waiting to make a call.
So based on next to no information whatsoever, MBIE have decided that there is no issue with China dumping cheap and dangerously substandard steel on the NZ market which means we won’t anger China who have their hand around our throat economically because they take mountains of of our milk powder.
These middle class identity politics activists despise what NZ First represents and for them, Metiria’s attack on Winston is going to go down better than peanut satay tofu at a suburban Kink munch mingle event.
Antagonism towards NZ First is exactly what the middle class activist base want and it will make sure they turn up on election day, the problem is that Winston takes this shit personally and while exciting the base matters, burning bridges with Winston when he is likely to leap frog the Greens as the 3rd largest party means he’s going to screw them if he cuts a deal with Labour.
