Deconstructing Headlines

We have a situation where 2 out of the 5 current candidates have the ability to be dictators. National should be concerned, NZ should be alarmed. 

In my opinion, Mark Mitchell was a mercenary in a brutal occupation of Iraq based on the lie of weapons of mass destruction. This is ethically questionable and morally repugnant because Bush passed Order 17 in Iraq which allowed private military contractors to be legally exempt from Iraqi law.

Another damning and damaging denouncement of Chinese influence in NZ has been penned by Professor Anne-Marie Brady who recently revealed that she had been threatened and her home broken into (something that Jacinda bewilderingly only learnt about through the media and not our own security agencies) and it once again begs the question, why the fuck are the sleepy hobbits of muddle Nu Zilind not up in arms about all of this? 

Let’s be honest about why the Council has needed to make this step, it’s because white people refuse to listen to brown people.

When they do this to poor people, the Public Service Sadists scream welfare fraud, when they do it to the Prime Minister and Deputy, it’s just humiliation they dish out.

Joyce joining the race after Mark Mitchell is a further sign of the factions scrambling to enable/stop Collins from becoming Leader. The problem is that Joyce is universally despised by Caucus so it may come down to who National MPs hate less

Shouldn’t an academic who points out that National are no more than a front for Chinese business interests who gets threatened and broken into be something you are actually aware of rather than waiting for it to appear in the media?

Time and time and time again we over react with panic, fear and anger at drug use rather than attempt reasonable adult debate and the irony is we do all this with a straight face as the country drowns in booze – a drug far, far, far more lethal than meth, cannabis and synthetics combined.

TDB has leant that a National candidate is pressuring the hierarchy  for the National Party vote for Leader to occur as early as Tuesday this week instead of the set period of time as Judith Collins speaks over the Caucus directly to members.
