There is only one reason why we have money for tax cuts. Because the Government have gutted the neoliberal welfare state and are borrowing money for those tax cuts…

Key’s ability to promote empty aspiration and vacant optimism while the social statistics groan under his draconian neoliberal welfare state reforms is truly one of the great political swindles of the 21st century.

Clearly money spent on a flag referendum should have been prioritised for the above families.

Tax cuts are good for the economy and will percolate around the suburbs, cities and regions stimulating more economic growth.
There’s plenty of money being invested that can be used to pay off debt down the track.

Once Peter Dunne legalises medical marijuana after the next election there will be a revenue stream there that has traditionally gone into the gangs.
