“Peace Action Wellington completely opposes the opening of a US FBI
office in Aotearoa New Zealand. The decision by the NZ government to
allow a foreign country’s police force to operate here is terrifying.
This is particularly true given the authoritarian regime in power in the
US and the FBI’s behaviour since Trump’s election,” said Valerie Morse,
member of Peace Action Wellington.

“The FBI anti-terrorism units have been involved in numerous raids and
arrests of student activists at universities across the US. These brutal
investigations have nothing to do with criminal actions by anyone and
everything to do with student support for Palestine.”

“The NZ government’s statement that a key area of collaboration is
anti-terrorism is therefore extremely alarming. We have seen the
kidnappings and deportations by US federal agents for those involved in
non-violent protests in the US. We want no US policing here.”

“The FBI is a US domestic police force. It’s operation here raises very
serious questions about its jurisdiction and powers here. We are
concerned that FBI officers may be operating here with complete
diplomatic immunity from prosecution and may be carrying firearms.”

botched raids on Kim Dotcom’s house in 2011. What we learned from that
was NZ’s intelligence agencies engaged in illegal surveillance for the

…all valid issues, but I think we are forgetting some of the real reasons why the FBI are here and they are reasons we on the Left seem to be ignoring so we can hate on the FBI.

But equally, Fuck China.

The FBI base in Wellington is an admission that NZ is too incompetent to trust any longer and the FBI have to step in instead.

Let’s break this down and explain what is happening because The Daily Blog has been following this criminal culture trend for over 5 years now.

For decades, local politicians have held up our domestic gangs as these terrible evil things that we must throw everything at (despite the fact that these gangs were set up by broken children abused by the State – if you want less gang members, stop abusing children in State care!).

In NZ we have convinced ourselves that basic bitch solutions like ‘banning gang patches’ is the answer when the truth is that is only seen as a ‘solution’ because we are a basic bitch people who can’t think about anything more deeply than rugby, cow udders and property renovations.

The TRUTH is that our local gangs were always pretty tame when compared to international crime culture.

EVERYTHING changed in NZ, the millisecond the 501s turned up.

The 501s were NZ citizens who had lived in Australia and were kicked out for their involvement in Australian crime culture. The vast majority of these 501s had spent their entire life in Australia and had no real whanau connection with the NZ society they were being forced back to.

501s could chose to be sent to Christmas Island and be abused there or fly back to NZ.

Most chose NZ.

On their return, they suddenly realised how much less violent the NZ domestic gang scene was.

The 501s had a level of criminal sophistication and culture towards using extreme violence that made our domestic gangs seem quaint in comparison.

Part of the uber violence and criminal sophistication by the 501s was driven by their association with South American Cartels.

What the 501s started doing in NZ was stand over tactics with the local gangs while using their South American Cartel connections to import cheaper and more pure Meth than the domestic gangs had access to (our domestic gangs sourced meth from Asian syndicates that was more expensive and less pure).

This meant the 501s were more violent AND they were selling a better product.

What happened next was a gang war between the 501 syndicates and local gangs for control over the meth market in NZ, that’s why you saw a spike in gang affiliated murders as the 501s started taking out lynch pin members from domestic gangs inside the NZ meth trade.

Complicating everything was the role of Chinese shadow banking infrastructure that allows 501 syndicates to buy directly from South American Cartels.

The Chinese Government sees using meth to flood the Pacific as a strategic advantage WHILE selling the American cash exchanged for drug deals on the Chinese domestic market as a means to create pressure valves on foreign exchange for the Chinese.

Let me repeat that.

…and pretending that China is not encroaching into our sphere of influence after the Cook Islands fiasco is simply not serious.

Now.

Our local coppers are good for beating up Māori youth, chasing young people to their death in needless pursuits and letting white middle class kids off for cannabis possession, however they have no capacity whatsofucking ever to deal with criminal sophistication being used by the Chinese and South American Cartels, but the FBI does.

Let’s be clear, this isn’t the FBI pushing their way in here, this is NZ begging them to come because they have the surveillance skills to counter Chinese shadow banking and the Cartels.

Look, most kiwis have no comprehension of South American Cartels or Chinese shadow banking, most kiwis believe that we’ve banned the gang patch and the problem has gone away, hell – even mentioning Chinese Shadow Banking will have the woke scream that you are Xenophobic, so they have no clue about the problem and certainly can’t see the FBI as the solution.

IF NZ had moved when TDB first started reporting the 501s phenomena on local domestic gangs, we might have handled this ourselves, but we have been in such denial about what’s actually driving the Meth trade that we risk being overrun by the Cartels.

We have no protection to the level of criminal sophistication the Cartels operate at and we certainly can’t catch the Chinese shadow banking infrastructure, so we are now desperately reliant on the FBI to save us.

Kiwis will balk at the FBI setting up a base here, and on any given Sunday we should be outraged, but our total denial of the 501s, the South American Cartels and the Chinese Shadow Banking infrastructure have led us to a place where we have no options but to grant access to the FBI in the hope they can counter the Cartels and the Chinese Shadow Banking infrastructure.

Don’t for one second think that America won’t exploit our weakness and also use the FBI base as a CIA extension to also keep tabs on NZ politics.

Medium term, the meth trade will be impacted, long term, the CIA will start having a more direct role in shaping NZs foreign affairs.
