Gaza‘s growing death, injury and sickness

In Gaza during the past 24 hours (as above) 2 more Palestinians have been killed and another 22 wounded during Israeli air strikes and gunfire.

The total numbers of killed and wounded in Gaza by Israel since 7 October 2023 are now: killed 72,553 and wounded 172,296.

Since the start of the Gaza ‘ceasefire’ the Israeli Occupation has killed 890 Palestinians and injured 2,155.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023 is at least 78 and, that of those injured, is more than 186.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since the ceasefire is at least 4 and, that of those injured, 11.

West Bank

Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure on the West Bank, preventing residents, as well as other permit-holders, from entering or leaving.The Israeli military also imposes severe, and highly variable, travel restrictions on all residents.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Jerusalem – 16:35, Israeli Occupation forces at the Annexation Wall near Al-Ram opened fire on, wounded and hospitalised a man, Mahmoud Abdullah Muhammad, as he attempted to cross into Jerusalem on his way to work.

Israeli Army attack: Jerusalem – 23:15, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, stun grenades, invaded Beit Anan.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Jenin – 22:50, the Israeli Army shot, wounded and hospitalised a man, Muhammad Mu’ayyad Al-Sous, near the Kafr Qud village road junction.

Israeli settler attack – plunder: Nablus – 18:30, armed Israeli Occupation settlers stole crops from agricultural land and shot randomly at people’s homes nearby.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded – 1 wounded: Nablus – 01:30, Israeli troops, firing live ammunition, raided the city and searched several homes, wounding a resident: Bassam Zaid Bashir Tablat.

Israeli Army attack – 2 wounded: Hebron – 23:00, the Israeli military opened fire on a vehicle carrying two people, near the northern entrance to Hebron, wounding (with head injuries) a 17–year–old youth, Muhab Issa Abdel Fattah Bilal, as well as wounding another occupant, Youssef Khalil Abdel Fattah Mansi. Both victims were taken to the Hebron Governmental Hospital for treatment.

Home invasions: Ramallah – 09:55, Israeli Occupation forces raided Kobar town and invaded several homes.

Settlers – home invasion and robbery: Nablus – 11:40, Israeli settlers broke into a home, in the Ras al-Ein area of Qusra, and stole some of the furniture.

Home invasions: Jericho – 10:10, Israeli Occupation raided the town of Al-Auja and searched a number of homes.

Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.

Israeli Army abductions and population–control: Ramallah – 09:00, Israeli Occupation forces abducted two youngsters, Muhannad Saad Dar Saad (aged 16) and 17-years-old Ahmad Ashraf Samhan, as well as one other person, from thevillage of Ras Karkar, when they reported, as ordered for interrogation at Israeli Military Intelligence.
