  1. Listened to Willie on Morning Retort today, the man has a soul and cares for those worse off. Then came Tricky Nicky No Good and the vile minister of frowns, scowls and bile. This abysmal excuse for a govt will soon find out the real people of New Zealand prefer the Willie Jackson’s.

  2. Mr. Jackson certainly did do us proud. I’m a lot prouder of him, than of Winston who seems to take everything so personally. He felt Willie being invited to debate was a personal slur against himself. I doubt they’ve heard of Winston, except in passing because of his name.
That is an interesting piece of history (herstory) about Makeriti Papakura too. Thank-you.
The legacy of all enlightened, intelligent women from the late 1800s has suffered a blow this last week.
When we see how easily that can happen, it’s most important that we remember and celebrate the women who made NZ a remarkable country.
The women in govt. at present may be doing nothing to make us proud but many others do.
Our daughters and granddaughters need to know that they have high ideals to live up to.

Thank-you, Willie for a bright spot in the doom and gloom. We hope that intellect features again in our political scene one day soon.

  3. Notice that Winstons always advocates and threatens to have people sacked or pull funding when people don’t agree with him? Did it to Jack Tame, the guy at the train station, Corin Dann etc. The Oldman needs to kick back and enjoy his last days!
