1. To own a home stop buying coffees: to keep city businesses alive you must buy coffees

2. On the one hand this trite comment about giving up buying things is perfectly senible and right; on the other hand seeing that the only point of having us ordinaries in Kiwiland is so we can consume and make profits for large corpse, with a mini-scule, about as big as a thumbnail, left over for local micro-micro businesses on which so many of our vital, perky young people and those in the gig economy depend for their livelihood.
