  1. Given Labour Green are the parties obsessed with race, this is a bit rich isn’t it? Who segregated the health system? On race? Who’s would have thought this even possible in 2023? I’ve not seen division in this country worse than now thanks to this government.

ACT, if I’m not mistaken have an issue with these out of nowhere “treaty principles” that seem to have unofficially superseded the “Treaty” as that document was not helping the agitator cause. Not been publicly debated of course, just foisted on the rest of us by Maori academia. So when garbage like this is snuck in as if it’s everyday law, ACT are absolutely correct this want rid of it!

  2. As I’ve repeatedly said on this blog: NZers don’t vote in new governments, instead we vote old ones out.

But in order to start the process of forgiveness maybe Hipkins should apologize to us all, instead of just lying and covering up. Because there are a lot of things that require forgiveness.

    1. Coming from the person who argues less guns in circulation equals more guns in the hands of criminals.

  3. You are correct in telling of the problems with National/ACT however as almost all people know any organisation is only as good as its staff & Labour have managed to select some of the worst people possible which has caused problems for them now. Giving the same failed people another chance would seem to meet the definition of insanity so there needs to be a better reason to vote for them than pointing out how bad the opposition is.

    1. I think I would prefer what you call inaction to the destruction of the NatAct clowns.
Have you learned nothing from history.
Recall Muldoon, Richardson, Douglas as examples of the sort of shit these people are going to impose. Just think about the cuts they suggest. Even Civil Defence is on the block in a time when natural disasters are becoming more common.
For fucks sake put your mysogeny up your arse and maybe the pain will make you open your eyes and kick your brain into action. That’s if you have one.

  4. Getting rid of fair pay agreements this is one policy that should put many hard-working fair minded New Zealanders of voting for either National and Act, and this needs to be highlighted during the election.

And people need to think is it right for the rich to heavily influence our democratic processes by donating millions of dollars, is this fair and ethical.

    1. The flood of rich wealthy donors to National is doing it’s job. Wall to wall negative coverage of Labour. Congratulations, N.Z. has been paid and bought for by N.Z.s wealthy elite.

  6. Win? It’s not first past the post. The best the Nats and Act could do is a troublesome deal, more a madhatters tea party than a cozy cuppa. The Nats are not that desperate are they? But then they’d do anything for control. But not really control is it with the projected Act numbers. Wouldn’t last. The Nats would distance their core conservatives. Seymour offered the role as Deputy PM? Probably not. Seymour is ideologically driven, not likely to be bought so cheaply. And not over Nicola Willis’ dead body!

    1. They”ll need to import more prison guards, but I guess that’s all they know, rampant immigration, after all Prebble had a male order bride.
