A camp where entrants breaking away from school could apply to become a part of a six-month team where a young one lived away from home in a a comfortable, plain house, had good meals, and kept to a reasonable schedule, some social time every week, learned a saleable skill, had training to join a sports team for fun games, and made bonds with all in the camp. If they passed a basic level for one or all the abilities, they would get help to get into work experience for six months and get a permanent job and be put on an A list for getting employment at good rates, and could recommend a family member or friend into the Plan.
