Hiding behind outrage at Iranian protests doesn’t justify Israel’s latest war crime

If you were Palestinian, you would resist.

I have found the sudden desire by Zionist Apologists to scream at the political Left that we aren’t saying anything about the protests in Iran, and in doing so, accusing us of some type of double standard after our criticism of Israel.

Couple of points:

1 – Go Fuck yourself.

2 – I know of no serious Left wing commentator who hasn’t sided with the Iranian people in determining their own country’s future and legacy while calling on the Iranian Theocracy to not use violence against their own people.

3 – The deaths caused by the Iranian regime against protestors is not even in the same fucking ball park of monstrosity that Israel (enabled by America) has caused against the Palestinian people.

Hiding behind outrage at Iranian protests doesn’t justify Israel’s latest war crime…

Israel begins demolitions at UNRWA headquarters in east Jerusalem

Israeli bulldozers have begun demolitions at the headquarters of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees in east Jerusalem, in what the organisation called an “unprecedented attack”.

UNRWA spokesman Jonathan Fowler said in a statement to AFP that Israeli forces “stormed into” the compound shortly after 7am and ejected security guards before bulldozers arrived and began demolishing buildings.

“This is an unprecedented attack against UNRWA and its premises. And it also constitutes a serious violation of international law and the privileges and immunities of the United Nations,” Fowler said.

“What happens today to UNRWA can happen tomorrow to any other international organisation or diplomatic mission around the world.”

UN chief Antonio Guterres urged “Israel to immediately cease the demolition … and to return and restore the compound and other UNRWA premises to the United Nations without delay,” his spokesman Farhan Haq told reporters.

…and how do the Zionists justify this latest desecration of misery?

Read their own hateful logic…

An AFP photographer reported that far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir briefly visited the site.

“This is a historic day, a day of celebration and a very important day for governance in Jerusalem,” Ben Gvir was quoted as saying in a statement.

“For years, these supporters of terrorism were here, and today they are being removed from here with everything they built in this place. This is what will happen to every supporter of terrorism,” he added.

Israel has repeatedly accused UNRWA of providing cover for Hamas militants, claiming that some of its employees took part in the group’s October 7, 2023, attack on Israel, which sparked the war in Gaza.

A series of investigations, including one led by France’s former foreign minister Catherine Colonna, found some “neutrality-related issues” at UNRWA but stressed Israel had not provided conclusive evidence for its headline allegation.

…Jesus wept.

When you brutally occupy a people and your oppression of them reaches war crime level that are technically genocide, it mutilates the basic humanity of the Oppressor as much as it does those suffering the oppression.

I don’t believe there is much hope for the Israeli people after this disproportionate obscenity they have embarked upon.

They have warped into something else and as people of conscience, we have no other option than to turn our backs on them and show their apologists the contempt their disproportionate violence warrants.

Don’t forget, the IDF are training dogs to sexually assault Palestinian prisoners.

If you were Palestinian, you would resist.
