No shit Sherlock…
International economics firm BMI has upgraded New Zealand’s political volatility score, warning of the country’s “increasingly volatile” politics and that the Government’s cohesion was under “severe strain”.
BMI measures countries’ political risk using a Political Risk Index, which is designed to indicate whether a country has more or less volatile politics.
In mid-2023, New Zealand’s score on this index was 16. It rose to 18.3 in November of this year. The scores are out of 100, with 100 indicating a high level of political risk. This means that while New Zealand’s political risk has increased, the country is still viewed as stable.
…this Government’s anti-Māori, anti-Treaty, anti-worker, anti-renter, anti-disabled, anti-beneficiary and anti-environment agenda to cement into place 19th Century white settler privilege that strangles the common good for their donor’s interests is incredibly inflammatory.
Look at the abuse of power we are seeing right now ramming through controversial legislation by misusing urgency…
Too many laws passing without ‘proper scrutiny’, Geoffrey Palmer says
A former Labour Prime Minister says Parliament is passing too many laws without proper scrutiny.
Sir Geoffrey Palmer told Nine to Noon the government was increasingly pushing through legislation under urgency, which allowed it to skip stages such as public consultation and select committees.
…Since gaining power this Climate denying Government has done everything in its power to disrupt, destroy and obliterate all our environmental protections, Russel Norman over at Greenpeace has detailed every anti-environment legislation this Government have done over the last 2 years and it is jaw dropping…
Luxon’s War on Nature Timeline
When the Luxon-led coalition took office nearly two years ago, its war on nature started within days of taking office. In that time, the government has made a bewildering number of changes leading to environmental harm. Greenpeace Aotearoa Executive Director Russel Norman has undertaken the gargantuan task of tracking them all.
…National, ACT and NZF are captured by the big polluters and while the nation burns from climate change extreme weather events, you ZB Trolls and Redneck Crackers be jumping for joy because you hate Jacinda, trans and vaccines so much.

You are siding with the big polluters, with the intensive dairy farmers, with the Banks, with Big Oil because you despise admitting you were wrong on climate change and are so driven by social media hate algorithms you can’t acknowledge it.
Your petty bigotries won’t save you as the planet burns.
This is a climate denial Government and the sooner the rest of us turn on them and their redneck supporters, the sooner we can start preparing for the adaptation that is going to be required if we are to have any chance of surviving what is coming.
They are using culture war talking points to distract you from the furnace that is upon us.
A new level of militant environmental activism is coming.
We need mass civil disobedience protests.

Increasingly having independent opinion in a mainstream media environment which mostly echo one another has become more important than ever, so if you value having an independent voice – please donate here.

Contrary to this I would argue that we are starting to see a ‘push back’ by some in the present govt against in particular the enforced Maorification of our entire society and in particular schools etc (latest emails from my kids (mainstream) primary school are so full of virtue-signaling pidgin English that they are now at the point where I am having to guess what it is they are trying to say).
Maybe you are just too sensitive to change? Provide the evidence or shut up as the present situation has me wondering if the school email is virtue-signaling or you are just thick.
The people voted for it and the govt is delivering what they promised. They will highly likely win the next election as well.
Your civil disobedience would be against the wished of the majority.
depends on voter turnout
