How cruel can Ebenezer Seymour get by tying school lunches to attendance?

Just when you thought David Seymour couldn’t end the year being more loathed than he currently is, SURPRISE!

Lunch funding to be tied to attendance for hundreds more schools

Funding for lunches at almost 300 schools will be tied to attendance next year.

The change will affect lunches delivered through the so-called internal model.

The model covers schools that make lunches in-house or get them from local providers, rather than relying on external suppliers like the School Lunch Collective contracted by the Government.

Wait – WHAT???

He’s going to punish schools with truancy by cutting off their food?

Ummmm.

I’m no International legal expert, but I’m pretty sure using hunger as a weapon is technically a war crime under the UN.

How will punishing truant children with hunger help them come to school?

This is such a needlessly spiteful policy, but then again, very on brand for ACT.

So on brand I wouldn’t be surprised if ACT release an election advert using crying hungry children begging on social media while Brooke Van Velden walks around kicking any of them asking for more food.

Vote ACT 👍
