No Martyn Luxon has done this because it won’t really have much impact at all. That’s what he and vote slut Peters have assured us. It’s such a tiny percentage of housing stock, or property zoned for housing perhaps? Which brings us back to why do it then.
I’ve got some eggs past their use by date. Can anyone give me real practical advice about real things. I don’t want none of them bad eggs. The gummint believes in myths about money and finance, basically like Regency gamblers; but real eggs are a matter of some importance – is the only way to test them for goodness, to see if they float in water? I note that dairy prices are falling in the latest export auction because there is starting to be an oversupply on the world market .So what will be the plan then when once again dairy is selling below cost .The $2 a share sugar hit wont last long when they are still paying off that new ute and tractor they bought to dodge tax at the request of Luxon .
