A staircase, where journalists often gather to broadcast from, is visible in the video. A strike then directly hits the emergency workers and reporters, sending smoke and rubble in the air. At least one body is visible in the aftermath…..

If there was no warning as per the family home of the boss of the Indonesian hospital, or the recent attack on a hospital all because of a a camera (they could have asked be removed), then it is a war crime.

The relevant point here, SPC is that the ICJ ruling against Yugoslavia for not acting to prevent genocide, contradicts the Labour Party position that it is up to the court to decide whether or not genocide is being committed.
Yugoslavia was found guilty of not acting to prevent genocide at the time it was being committed, before the ICJ had made a ruling. Or in fact before the ICJ had even sat to make a ruling. You can be pretty sure that at the time the Yugoslav authorities probably denied that there was a genocide going on in Bosnia. The ICJ did not make their final ruling on the merit of the case until 2007, years later. In that ruling the ICJ ruled that Yugoslavia was not directly involved in the Bosnian genocide, but the ICJ reafirmed their Preliminary ruling that Yugoslavia was guilty of not acting to prevent it.
This blows out of the water the Labour Party ‘position’ that they have to wait for the ICJ to determine whether Israel’s actions amount to genocide, or not.

They will keep their silence saying that they are waiting until Israel finishes its so called investigation. Which will either never be finished, or be concluded so far down the news stream, that by the time the IDF reveal their final official conclusion that it was all just a mishap, by then it will be all but forgotten in the tidal wave of continuing Israeli atrocities. Maybe one or two middle ranked IDF officers will be demoted, but nobody will be charged or held to account. This follows the pattern of other previous atrocities that the IDF got called out on.
The thing I like, the Israeli’s are getting their asses kicked in urban combat.
Hamas military and Islamic Jihad are teaching them an expensive lesson for all the IDF’s technology they have reportedly lost up to 10,000 troops , 1000 have committed suicide and upto 100,000 injured.
The youth reservists and the likes are refusing to report for duty .
Netanyahu ( Satan) wants 60,000 reservists to conquer gaza city to report for duty on sept 2nd it will be interesting to see how many actually turn up.

This week, Israel struck Nasser Hospital in Gaza, one of the largest and last functioning hospitals in the besieged Gaza Strip. The strikes killed 22 people, including health care workers and five journalists (working for Reuters, the AP and Al Jazeera), and injured more than 50 others.
Early reports said the Israeli military hit the hospital twice in rapid succession in what’s known as a “double-tap,” a type of sadistic warfare tactic where one first strikes a target and then follows up with another strike to hit the people who rush to help rescue victims from the initial attack. NBC News later obtained video that showed Israel in fact struck the hospital in four successive strikes.
Israel initially didn’t offer an explanation for why it carried out this strike. But in the face of global outrage, it called the attacks a mishap and attempted to justify them by saying it was targeting a “Hamas camera” — a ludicrous statement by any measure, but especially so given the ruthlessness of a quadruple strike.
These killings are not random tragedies of war. They are the predictable outcome of a worldview promoted by the Israeli government, peddled by American officials and propagated by American and Western media that systematically dehumanizes Palestinians.
That dehumanization is not subtle. In an interview with The New Yorker’s Isaac Chotiner, former U.S. Ambassador to Israel Jacob Lew rationalized the staggering number of child deaths in Gaza by suggesting that Israel views them as “the children of Hamas.” Think about that: a justification for stripping children of their innocence, reducing them to political extensions of militants, erasing their humanity simply because of who their father was. If every child can be seen as “Hamas,” then no child is truly innocent in the eyes of Israel. And as Lew and so many others have made clear, the Biden administration readily accepted that depraved rationale.
Under President Donald Trump, we’ve seen no deviation from that logic, from callously discussing the real estate value of Palestinian land to overseeing $12 billion in arms sales and expedited military assistance to Israel to carry on with its annihilation of the population……
